Assistant Headteacher L1-5

Full-time permanent post from January 2021.

     The Governors of our happy and successful school are seeking to appoint an Assistant Headteacher to replace the current postholder, who has just been appointed as Headteacher of a local school.

     The applicant should have a high level of leadership and management skills to support the Headteacher in moving our school into the next stage of its development. We are looking for someone who:

  • has the skills needed to help to lead a friendly, supportive, dedicated and hard-working staff;
  • is an experienced, highly motivated and enthusiastic teacher;
  • is passionate about education and inspiring children;
  • is a talented primary practitioner with high expectations and standards;
  • is keen to develop their management and leadership skills across the primary age range;
  • is committed to working in a whole-school team, leading by example, inspiring our staff.
