Since September 2013 the government has provided additional funding to improve the provision of physical education (PE) and sport in primary schools. This funding - provided jointly by the Department for Education, Health and Culture, Media and Sport - has been allocated to Primary School Headteachers based on the number of pupils in Years 1 to 6.
Below are links to detailed breakdowns of how we have used this additional funding to make substantial improvement to the quality of PE and sport that we offer, and the impact that it has had on our children. In addition, since 2018 there is also data regarding the swimming proficiency of our outgoing Y6 cohorts.
